(Demo text) This declaration applies to the rechargeable and primary battery products listed in the table. Conformity assessment was completed before the products were placed on the EU market, and this declaration is issued by the manufacturer alone.

We, Meizhou Bofuneng Technology Co., Ltd., hereby declare that we have produced and manufactured the target battery in accordance with the following regulations: Battery Regulation (EU) 2023/1542, particularly Articles 6 to 10, Paragraph e, as well as Articles 12, 13, and 14. The relevant EU harmonized standards are as follows: REACH Directive 1907/2006 and its related amendments. The technical specifications agreed upon between Meizhou Bofuneng Technology Co., Ltd. and the customer are: Lithium-ion cylindrical battery specifications. This declaration of conformity is issued under our full responsibility, and we bear all consequences

• Labelling and marking: In accordance with Art. 13, the capacity, battery chemistry, production date and the separate collection symbol are indicated.
• Extended producer responsibility: Producer registration has been completed in the Member States, and take-back and reporting obligations are fulfilled.
• Battery passport: The QR code on this site links to the model's compliance information page and provides public data.
• Due diligence: In accordance with Art. 47–53, a supply chain due diligence policy and an annual review mechanism have been established.

(Demo text) The applicable conformity assessment procedure is Annex VIII Module A (internal production control). Under this procedure, the manufacturer bears full responsibility for ensuring that the product meets all applicable requirements of the regulation, and keeps the technical documentation and the EU declaration of conformity for 10 years from the placing of the last batch on the market.

(Demo text) The CE marking and the separate collection symbol are affixed to the product itself or its packaging, together with the capacity and battery chemistry; the CE marking is at least 5 mm high, legible and durable.
